BPJS Employment Jakarta Cilincing Accompanied 133 Former Employees of PT Amos Indah Indonesia Akses Claim JKP

JAKARTA - BPJS Employment Jakarta Cilincing Branch Office held a socialization and direct assistance activity on how to apply for Job Loss Insurance (JKP) for 133 former workers of PT Amos Indah Indonesia. The activity which took place at the Office of the Sub-Directorate of Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy (Sudinakertransgi) North Jakarta on Wednesday, August 12 is aimed at making it easier for participants to access their social security rights.

This intensive assistance is considered crucial considering that most participants still face limitations in operating the SIAPkerja digital application. With direct guidance, the process of submitting JKP claims is ensured to run smoothly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Head of the Jakarta Cilincing BPJS Employment Branch Office, Rita Mariana, emphasized the full commitment of the organizers in safeguarding the rights of workers who experience Layoffs (PHK).

"We are present in person to ensure that no participant is hindered in obtaining their rights just because of the constraints of understanding digital applications. Through this assistance, we guide every step of the application on the SIAPkerja application so that the JKP claim process runs quickly and accurately," said Rita.

Furthermore, Rita emphasized the importance of the benefits of the JKP program as a social and economic safety net for workers who are affected by workforce reductions.

"The JKP program is not only to provide cash benefit assistance, but also to open access to labor market information and job training. We want to ensure that former PT Amos Indah Indonesia workers can take advantage of all these facilities to get back on their feet and enter the labor market with more mature skills," added Rita.

In this activity, BPJS Employment Jakarta Cilincing deployed a technical team consisting of the Head of Service, Head of Membership, Account Representative to Case Manager to provide direct assistance to participants.

This collaborative activity was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia in the field of Industrial Relations, Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Nakertransgi Office, and Head of the North Jakarta Administrative City Nakertransgi Sub-Office as a form of cross-agency synergy in providing optimal protection for workers in the DKI Jakarta region.
