PPP Rakornas Held Online: Ketum Presents a Number of Strategic Agenda

JAKARTA - The Central Leadership Council (DPP) of the United Development Party (PPP) held a National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) with the PPP Regional Leadership Council (DPW) throughout Indonesia online, Wednesday (12/8/2026).

The activity was led directly by the Chairman of the PPP, Muhamad Mardiono, and was attended by 38 PPP DPW throughout Indonesia.

During the Rakornas, a number of strategic agendas of the organization were discussed, ranging from preparations for the Special Rakornas for the Legal Sector of PPP throughout Indonesia, preparations for the National Working Conference (Mukernas), to readiness to face the verification stage of participants in the 2029 Election.

"Alhamdulillah today the Rakornas was carried out and attended by all the PPP DPW throughout Indonesia. The discussion is about upcoming agendas, such as the implementation of the Special Rakornas for the Legal Sector of PPP throughout Indonesia which will be carried out immediately this month in Jakarta, preparations for the Mukernas, and related to the preparation of the verification of participants in the 2029 Election," said Mardiono.

Mardiono emphasized that all levels of the PPP DPW are currently moving together to strengthen organizational consolidation and electoral work leading up to the 2029 election. According to him, the solidity of all levels from the central to regional levels is an important capital in facing the future political agenda.

"Even in the midst of the busy work of cadres in the regions, today, thank God, we can all gather online. Insya Allah, everyone is enthusiastic and remains compact," he said.

The Rakornas was also filled with a question and answer session between the DPP and DPW. The session became a space for regional managers to convey developments, inputs, and problems faced in the region, as well as reflecting the PPP tradition which prioritizes deliberation and the principle of democracy in running the organization's wheel.

The nearest agenda that is being prepared by the PPP DPP is the Special Rakornas for the Legal Sector of the PPP throughout Indonesia which is planned to take place at the end of August 2026 in Jakarta. The activity will be attended by representatives of advocates who are PPP cadres from all provinces in Indonesia.

During the Rakornas, the Chairmen and Secretaries of the PPP DPW also submitted reports on the development of organizational and electoral work in their respective regions. They reported that they had completed the Regional Consultative Meeting (Muswil), followed by the completion of the Branch Consultative Meeting (Muscab) at the district/city level. Meanwhile, organizational consolidation through the Branch Child Consultative Meeting (Musancab) at the sub-district level is currently still ongoing in a number of areas.

These various developments are part of the PPP's efforts to strengthen the organizational structure to the grassroots level while ensuring the readiness of all levels in facing the 2029 election stage.

"God willing, through this Rakornas, the DPP PPP ensures that coordination between the center and the regions continues to run intensively, so that all organizational agendas can be prepared in a measured, solid, and together," concluded Mardiono.
