Trump Protected by Avenger Missile System while Playing Golf in New Jersey

JAKARTA - US President Donald Trump received tight escort from an Avenger-type ground-to-air missile (SAM) system while playing golf at his course in New Jersey, according to a War Zone media report that analyzed a number of photos.

Previously on Sunday (9/8), the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) confirmed that it had intercepted several planes flying near the Bedminster golf club, New Jersey, where Trump spent the weekend.

The latest photos taken on Sunday - when Trump attended the LIV Golf Bedminster tournament final at the course - show the Avenger missile system in the background behind the barbed wire.

The White House confirmed the authenticity of the photos on Monday, August 10, reported by ANTARA from Anadolu, Tuesday, August 11.

Trump has been the target of four assassination attempts in the past two years. In June 2024, a bullet hit his ear.

The latest assassination attempt on the US leader involved a plan to attack a UFC event at the White House, which was foiled in June.
