Because since June 2026, we have changed our name to Karya Pacific Energy," said IATA President Director Suryo Eko Hadianto to the media, Monday, August 10.
Suryo hopes that with the name change and change in share ownership, IATA will undergo a transformation towards a better direction.

Present at the same ceremony, IATA Director, Leader Daeli explained, this change in visual identity reflects the company's direction which emphasizes sustainability, expansion, growth, and the development of a stronger business in the future.
The new IATA logo has the shape of a fan movement that points upwards. This element represents PT Karya Pacific Energy Tbk's spirit to continue to grow, think visionary, and build a stronger and sustainable future.
"This fan movement is directed upwards and symbolizes the spirit of Karya Pacific Energy to continue to grow, think visionary, and have a commitment to building a stronger and sustainable future," said Leader.

The transformation of identity is part of IATA's new control strategy in building a more integrated business ecosystem. Management said there were three main strategic focuses that would become the company's foundation going forward.

This commitment is realized, among other things, through compliance with various regulations in Indonesia.
