HUT 12th City Hospital Bogor, DPRD Chair Promotes Optimization of Health Services

BOGOR - The Chairman of the Bogor City DPRD, Adityawarman Adil, encourages the Bogor City Hospital to continue to optimize the quality of health services to the community in line with the 12th Anniversary (HUT) of the hospital. According to him, improving the quality of service must be a priority so that the public can obtain fast, professional, and quality services.

Adityawarman said that the increase in the age of the Bogor City Hospital should be a momentum to continue to carry out improvements, both in terms of services, human resources, and health facilities.

"Happy 12th birthday to the Bogor City Hospital. Hopefully, at the age of 12, the service will be better, more qualified, and more optimal in serving the people of Bogor City," said Adityawarman, Friday, August 7.

He emphasized that health services are the basic needs of the community that must continue to be improved. Therefore, the Bogor City DPRD supports various efforts to develop the RSUD so that it can provide services that are more responsive, comfortable, and oriented towards patient needs.

In addition, Adityawarman appreciated the dedication of health workers, management, and all levels of the Bogor City Hospital in providing services to the community. He hopes that the synergy between the Bogor City Government, DPRD, and the Bogor City Hospital will continue to be strengthened to improve the quality of health services.

"Thank you for the dedication of all the staff of the Bogor City Hospital. Hopefully in the future it will be more successful and continue to be a hospital that provides the best service for the community," he said.

On the same occasion, Bogor Mayor Dedie A. Rachim emphasized that the Bogor City Hospital must continue to be the spearhead of health services by prioritizing the spirit of serving the community wholeheartedly.

"Proud to serve with heart, it means that it has become a commitment from all of us that the Bogor City Hospital is the spearhead of our efforts to provide the best health services to the community," said Dedie.

According to Dedie, various improvements made by the new management under the leadership of President Director Sri Nowo Retno have begun to show positive results, especially in improving governance and services over the past seven months. As a type A referral hospital, Bogor City Hospital is also required to continue to improve professionalism because it serves patients not only from Bogor City, but also from various regions.

As part of efforts to improve service quality, the Bogor City Hospital launched a 24-hour call center service integrated with the Bogor City emergency service. Through this service, the public can obtain information regarding doctor schedules, availability of treatment rooms, to convey service complaints.

Director of the Bogor City Hospital, Sri Nowo Retno, said the presence of the call center was one of the steps to accelerate the response to community needs.

"Every question can be answered immediately. With this call center, various information and complaints from the public can be handled faster," he said.

He emphasized that the Bogor City Hospital will continue to improve the quality of services on an ongoing basis, both through strengthening services at the hospital and promotional and preventive programs with the Bogor City Health Service. As a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD), all hospital management results will continue to be optimized to improve service quality so that the benefits can be felt more widely by the community.
