Try the New Xforce HEV at GIIAS 2026, Mature Handling and Cabin Getting Quieter

JAKARTA - PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) brings the New Xforce to the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026. This model itself is developed for the ASEAN market and comes with various updates.

This time VOI Team had the opportunity to try out the New Xforce at the GIIAS exhibition, to feel the thrill of driving. So how does the short drive feel? Let's see below.

Attractive and aggressive design

The New Xforce comes with a modern design line that is combined with elegance, of course, making this car look very attractive. comes with an Elevated Urban SUV concept, featuring a silver-accented grille, T-Shape LED lights, two-tone 18-inch aero rims.

Comfort

Entering the cabin, this model comes with a dark-toned dashboard with a soft touch layer and satin chrome accents. The driver's seat is equipped with 8-way power driver seat adjustment. A large 12.3-inch entertainment screen is integrated with a digital instrument panel. Interestingly, the unit used is a Premium Package variant that has been equipped with eight Yamaha Premium Audio speakers.

Mitsubishi also made improvements to the insulators in several parts of the cabin so that it can dampen the sound from the outside. As a result, the Xforce Hybrid cabin feels much quieter.

Driving feel

The New Xforce driving experience itself shows how various functional features, comfort, and technology come together as one unit. When asked to maneuver, this car offers mature handling.

The New Xforce HEV shows a balance between performance and driving comfort through chassis and suspension refinements, a quieter cabin, and various drive mode options on the New Xforce HEV that provide a driving experience according to the needs and characteristics of the road.

Aggressive performance

In terms of performance, the 1,600 cc engine equipped with the New Xforce feels more responsive since the lower round. Moreover, Mitsubishi's second-generation hybrid system prioritizes the work of the electric motor so that the instant torque is immediately felt from the beginning of acceleration.

The engine is supported by a Dual Transaxle transmission with two ratios, namely low gear and high gear, which makes the electric motorcycle work optimally both when accelerating at low speeds and when driving faster.
