Uncover Evidence of Insulting DM, Fangfang, Vicky Prasetyo's Wife, Reports Her Husband's Brother

JAKARTA - The domestic conflict between Fangfang and celebrity Vicky Prasetyo VP eyebrows has now spread to the legal realm after the involvement of VP's family who allegedly insulted. Fangfang officially reported someone who was suspected of being the younger brother of VP for defamation.

"This insult was first made on June 27, when Fangfang was 9 months pregnant. Then the next DM was made precisely in the first week of this month when we were at Bunda Maia Estianty's house," said Emmanuel Alvino as a lawyer at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday, August 6.

The attack on social media was triggered by Fangfang's complaints on the Threads platform about the VP's plans to remarry.

"This VP in one of the podcasts told the public that he would get married again by the end of 2026. Well, my client as the wife of the series feels cheated, finally wrote the words of not accepting being cheated on in Threads," explained Emmanuel.

As a result of the upload, Fangfang immediately received a private message (DM) containing insults from the VP's closest people.

"Directly DM by someone who we suspect is the closest person to the VP yes, the VP's family. We immediately reported it because we think this family feels that they are very immune to the law," he said.

In addition to the issue of insult, the status of the siri marriage between Fangfang and the VP was also dissected. Emmanuel said there were irregularities in their siri marriage certificate.

"Once again, we are talking here, the marriage is a series and is not registered at the KUA. Even in the marriage certificate there is no signature from the Vice President," said Emmanuel.

Another legal team, Dora, added that the marriage process even seemed very unusual.

"There are no witnesses who signed (the marriage certificate)," Dora said briefly when accompanying her client at the Polda Metro Jaya.

Regarding the reason for reporting now, Emmanuel said Fangfang's physical condition was not possible.

"The status of my client at that time was pregnant for 9 months with one opening. It is impossible for a pregnant woman with a 9-month-old opening to report this to the Police physically impossible," he said.

Fangfang hopes that VP's family can be wiser in speaking on social media without having to demean others.

"Don't let what we say and what we say offend, degrade our fellow men, especially when we are also women," said Fangfang.

This legal step was taken as a last resort to seek justice for Fangfang and her child.

"We reported the PDKDRT Law and intimidation from social media. We prioritize the sentence," concluded Dora regarding the alleged article.
