Trump Denies Hegseth War Minister's Stockpile of Ammunition: Everything is Going Great
JAKARTA - US President Donald Trump admitted that he was "very satisfied" with the Secretary of Defense (Menhan) alias War Minister Pete Hegseth, and also dismissed reports that he was angry with Hegseth regarding the issue of ammunition shortages.
"I am very satisfied with Pete Hegseth's performance. Everything went amazingly well, including our attack on Venezuela, where the results were achieved in less than a day, allowing us to bring one of the world's most heinous criminals, Nicolas Maduro, to justice!" Trump wrote on Truth Social as reported by CNN, Friday, August 7.
"The same is true of Iran - a country that has been destroyed in order to ensure they NEVER HAVE NUCLEAR WEAPONS - all going very well!" Trump continued, emphasizing Secretary of Defense Hegseth as a "very respected person.
Earlier on Thursday, Trump insisted that the United States had "a very large amount of ammunition," following reports from various media, including CNN, about the Pentagon's dwindling ammunition stockpiles.
