Attorney General's Office Searches the House of the Suspect in the TPPU Febrie Adriansyah in Bandung
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) investigators, through a team of nine, examined a number of parties and carried out searches related to the alleged money laundering (TPPU) case with the crime of corruption originating from the former Jampidsus, Febrie Adriansyah (FA).
The Head of the Attorney General's Office, Anang Supriatna, said on Thursday, August 6, the investigation team examined witnesses as private parties, namely four people in Bandung and four people in Kejagung, Jakarta. Investigators also examined one of the suspects related to this case, Don Ritto (DR).
"The suspect DR was examined at the Attorney General's Office," said the Head of the Attorney General's Office, Anang Supriatna, in his statement, Thursday.
In addition, Anang explained, the investigation team searched a house in Bandung. This house is suspected to belong to another suspect, Nurman Herin (NH).
"The investigation team also conducted a search at a location in the Bandung area, namely the house suspected to belong to the suspect NH. From the search, the investigation team found documents related to the criminal act," said Anang.
Anang emphasized that this series of investigative actions had been carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of the law. This effort is carried out to obtain evidence, clarify the construction of the case, to trace the assets suspected of being the result of criminal acts.
