Jetour Offers 4 SUVs with Different Characters at GIIAS 2026, What Are They?

JAKARTA - The needs of every consumer for a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) are not always the same. Some need a car to support daily activities in the city, traveling with family, exploring on weekends, to traveling to more challenging terrain.

The difference in travel patterns makes the need for cabin space, comfort, technology, and vehicle performance diverse. Seeing this condition, PT Jetour Sales Indonesia offers four SUV characters through Jetour Dashing, Jetour X70 Plus, Jetour T1 Series, and Jetour T2 Series.

"These changing needs make the decision to choose an SUV no longer determined only by size, features, or price. Passenger capacity, space requirements, driving characteristics, intensity of out-of-town travel, charging access, and technology preferences are now interrelated considerations," said Marketing Director of PT Jetour Sales Indonesia Moch Ranggy Radiansyah.

"Jetour designs each model to answer different points of need, while maintaining the common thread of character design, smart technology, comfort, and flexibility of use," he continued, quoted from the official statement, Wednesday, August 5.

For consumers with many activities taking place in urban areas, Jetour Dashing is offered as a five-passenger SUV with a sporty and futuristic design through the Mecha Aesthetic concept. This model relies on a turbo engine and is equipped with a number of features that support urban mobility.

The Jetour Dashing is equipped with Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity to facilitate navigation and entertainment access. There is also a 540° Jetour Surround Vision to help the driver's visibility when maneuvering, as well as a Panoramic Sky Roof. This character targets professionals and young families who need a modern SUV for daily activities.

Meanwhile, for consumers who need more capacity, the Jetour X70 Plus offers a seven-passenger configuration. This family SUV has dimensions of 4,724 mm in length, 1,900 mm in width, and a cabin designed to support daily and long-distance travel.

The Jetour X70 Plus carries a 1.5-liter turbo engine combined with a 6DCT transmission. The combination produces 156 PS of power and a maximum torque of 230 Nm. Cabin comfort is supported by 6-Way Power Seat with Memory Function, 62-inch Panoramic Sky Roof, and a trunk that can be expanded to 1,680 liters when the second and third row seats are folded.

For safety, the Jetour X70 Plus is equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) technology, ranging from Blind Spot Detection, Lane Changing Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, to Door Open Warning. These features are combined with a 360-degree camera, six airbags, and ISOFIX.

Another option comes from the Jetour T1 Series which targets consumers with the need for a vehicle with a tough character but is still practical to use every day. The model, which is positioned as an Urban Adventure SUV, is available in gasoline engine and Intelligent Dual Mode (i-DM) technology options.

The Jetour T1 offers a gasoline engine for consumers who want a conventional drive system. Meanwhile, the Jetour T1 i-DM combines an electric motor and a gasoline engine that can adjust the working system based on driving conditions through Pure EV Drive, Intelligent Hybrid, Parallel Drive, Series Drive, to Energy Recovery.

In pure electric mode, the Jetour T1 i-DM is claimed to be able to travel up to 100 km based on the WLTC standard. The model also has 79 sound dampening points and Double Layer Acoustic Glass which is claimed to be able to keep the cabin noise level below 40 dB when the vehicle is idle.

A number of other features are also offered on the Jetour T1 i-DM, such as 24 Hour Parking AC, Nap Mode, Dual Zone AC, to Front Passenger Leg Rest. This combination makes it usable for urban activities as well as weekend trips.

For consumers with more exploratory travel needs, Jetour offers the T2 Series. This SUV carries the Rugged Adventure SUV character through a square design, sturdy vehicle structure, and driving ability that is prepared to face more diverse road conditions.

The Jetour T2 still offers a driving experience with a conventional engine, while the Jetour T2 i-DM introduced at GIIAS 2026 brings smart hybrid technology to expand consumer choices without abandoning the adventurous character of the T2 family.

"Jetour DASHING and X70 Plus answer the needs of urban and families, the T1 Series connects daily mobility with weekend exploration, while the T2 Series supports more challenging journeys. Our ICE and i-DM options are complementary," said Marketing Director of PT Jetour Sales Indonesia Moch Ranggy Radiansyah.

All of these lines can be seen directly during GIIAS 2026. Visitors can compare the characteristics of vehicles, cabin capacity, features, to the technology offered by each model to determine the SUV according to mobility needs.

Jetour also presents a number of programs during the exhibition. Consumers who buy Jetour T2 ICE, Jetour Dashing, or Jetour X70 Plus have the opportunity to participate in the Lucky Dip program in the form of e-wallet with a total prize of more than half a billion rupiah.
