Ariana Grande Clarifies Vacum Plans: Planned for a Long Time

JAKARTA - Singer and actress Ariana Grande spoke up about the vacuum plan she announced on Monday, August 3. Previously, management said Grande would take a break from her activities after the Eternal Sunshine tour ended in early September.

Ariana Grande revealed the plan when she performed at the United Center in Chicago, United States on Monday, August 3. Then he announced his withdrawal from the appearance in West End for "Sunday in the Park With George."

"Sometimes when a story comes out it's not from me, there are things that happen beyond my control. So I want to talk to my fans directly because I love you all. The announcement made yesterday was not a reactive or impulsive thing," said Ariana Grande, launching Variety.

He explained that the plan had been made a long time ago and he wanted to let them know because he didn't want fans to worry about his condition.

"This is something I decided for a plan I've been making for a long time and it's a decision I've made from a strong position. And I want you to know there are many things that are right at the same time," he said.

"I want to share this because I hear my fans are worried that something negative is hurting me but I just want to say that's not at all what's happening," Grande said.

According to him, he doesn't need to explain in detail what the public needs to hear. He loves his fans who support him during this tour.

"The rest of it is not my responsibility, so I don't carry it. I need to come out and separate it from my truth for all of you because I love you and this tour has been the most healing, beautiful, corrective, amazing, and special experience of my life," he continued.

On Sunday, August 2, Ariana Grande's representatives said the singer would take a break from professional activities and hoped to complete the tour happily and healthy.

They also explained "taking a much-deserved break from work and public appearances, which has led to endless and constant public scrutiny."

This announcement came two days after his latest album, Petal, was released two days ago along with the music video and received a response from the public.

The Eternal Sunshine tour will end on September 1, 2026 at the O2 Arena, London.
