JAKARTA - BYD Indonesia spoke up about the BYD Seal vehicle that caught fire on the Cikampek Toll Road, some time ago. Panjaitan, said that BYD is still investigating what type of incident it was. He gave a little picture when the incident occurred. "The BYD team was able to communicate to the consumer, at that time we asked the consumer's condition so that there was no panic, and we helped anticipate the vehicle using complete equipment," he added.
He added, BYD also helped mediate with the authorities so that they did not have to wait long to bring the vehicle for further investigation. "Until now it is still in the investigation stage and the ones who intervened are not only the aftersales team from Indonesia, but there is an expert team," he explained. Until now BYD continues to communicate with the consumer, and according to him the consumer is now starting to calm down. However, until now it is still impossible to conclude regarding the problem. As is known, some time ago a viral electric sedan was swallowed by a red devil. Until now BYD is still investigating the problem.
