Asila Maisa Threatened to Sue Accounts that Point to Her Lifestyle from Her Father's Department

Asila Maisa spoke up about the oblique accusations that dragged her name. The daughter of the famous actor and presenter Ramzi felt she was slandered by the social media accounts @cabinetcouture_season2 and @cabinet_restyling which allegedly said her luxurious lifestyle came from her father's official facilities.

Through a post on his personal Instagram account, Asila gave a firm clarification to straighten out the issue that was circulating. He specifically criticized the two accounts which were considered to have spread a false narrative about him.

Asila emphasized that she was not part of the state officials. Although her father, Ramzi, is known to be serving as the Deputy Regent of Cianjur for the 2025-2030 period, Asila emphasized that the luxury she had was the result of her own hard work in the entertainment world.

"I am not part of the state officials. True, my father is a deputy regent of Cianjur 2025-2030 but I am a singer and influencer who earns my own money," wrote Asila Maisa as quoted by VOI from Instagram @therealasilamaisa, Tuesday, August 4.

The young singer also added that his financial independence had begun in the past few years.

"Since 2022, all my branded goods, I BUY MYSELF from my income," he said.

Furthermore, Asila reminded netizens that her father, Ramzi, has been a successful actor and host since the 2000s. Long before entering politics, her father was able to provide luxurious facilities for his family.

"My father is an actor and host since the 2000s, until now. God, he was able to buy me luxury items. But it all stopped in 2022 because I have my own income," explained Asila.

He also clarified that his father continued to work in the entertainment world outside office hours and with the permission of the authorities, so there was no connection between his lifestyle and state money.

Not to play around, Asila Maisa felt that her photos were edited and used as a slander by these accounts. He also gave an ultimatum of 1x24 hours for the related accounts to delete the uploads about him.

"Your post becomes a land and material for people to judge me, you edit my photos as you like and you make it your profile pic for your new account. This time I object and ask for your wisdom," he wrote.

"I give you 1x24 hours. Delete the posts related to me and I don't allow you to use my photo for your profile pic or for others. If not, I will certainly report to the authorities," said Asila.

Asila closed her clarification by asking netizens not to label her "arrogant" or "tone deaf". He stated that he only wanted to defend his good name from the slander that linked his personal collection of goods to his father's position in the government.

"I wrote this to provide clarification when the issue circulating is 'Asila Maisa wearing luxury goods from Ramzi's position in the government'. You don't need to connect my writing with the narrative of 'arrogant', 'tone deaf', 'not touching the ground', or 'no empathy'," he concluded.
