Mitsubishi Fuso Invites Hundreds of Canter Mania to GIIAS 2026, B50 Maintenance Education

JAKARTA - During 56 years of presence in Indonesia, Mitsubishi Fuso has recorded more than 1.4 million units of commercial vehicles operating in various industrial sectors. This achievement reflects the long-term relationship between PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) with its customers, including the Canter Mania Indonesia Community (CMIC) community.

This commitment was again demonstrated through a special invitation to the Canter Mania community to visit the Mitsubishi Fuso booth at the 2026 GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS). Hundreds of community members from various regions, ranging from West Java, Central Java, East Java, Sumatra, to Bali, attended the event.

In addition to being a gathering place, this activity is used as a forum for collaboration and discussion for business actors from various sectors. Members share experiences regarding fleet management, operational efficiency, vehicle maintenance, to strategies for dealing with the ever-evolving dynamics of business.

"The Canter Mania community is no longer just a fanbase, but has become a strategic communication for the company to understand market needs, develop services, and help customers increase business productivity," said Sales and Marketing Director of PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors Aji Jaya, at ICE BSD, Sunday, August 2.

During the visit, members of the community were also invited to see five flagship Mitsubishi Fuso products on display at GIIAS 2026, namely the Canter Extra-Long Bus, eCanter, Canter FE 84G, Fighter-X FM65F Tractor Head 4x2, and Fighter-X FN61 FSL Logistic.

The General Chair of Canter Mania Indonesia Community (CMIC) Jaka Kristiawan, said that the existence of a community provides great benefits for its members, both in expanding relationships and sharing experiences related to business operations and fleets.

"The Canter Mania community is like a family, especially when we live on the road. Sometimes we encounter problems on the road, with this community we can help each other when there are problems on the way," said Jaka Kristiawan.

One of the products that most attracted the attention of community members is the newly introduced Canter Extra-Long Bus at GIIAS 2026. This vehicle is designed to meet the needs of bus operators by providing a longer chassis so that it allows for a larger cabin capacity, a smaller turning radius to facilitate maneuvering in urban areas and narrow roads.

On the other hand, the use of a long tapered leaf spring model that improves comfort, especially in tourist buses and urban transportation. The Canter Extra-Long Bus is also equipped with a 136 PS engine combined with a 5.428 gear ratio and a chassis configuration designed to maintain the Canter's typical toughness while providing optimal performance in various road conditions.

On the same occasion, KTB also provided education on vehicle maintenance in line with the implementation of B50 fuel which has been in effect since July 1, 2026. Through the B50 Corner special area, participants receive explanations regarding a number of recommended maintenance steps.

Among others, replace the fuel filter and water separator every 10,000 kilometers, use Genuine Parts and Three Diamond Spare Parts, clean the fuel filter area to avoid contamination, drain the water separator periodically to reduce the water content in the fuel. Then keep the tank and fuel filling nozzle clean, and use diesel injector cleaner every 20,000 kilometers to keep the engine performance optimal.
