Head of BGN Removed Head of SPPG who Was Frozen including the Poisoning Case in Semarang
JAKARTA - The Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Sudaryono confirmed that he immediately removed the head of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) whose kitchen was suspended or terkenasuspend.
"The kitchen that was suspended, we removed the head of the SPPG, we will see whether this is negligence or other elements, then we will investigate further, and it will be considered for making the next decision whether to be fired or the extension of the status of Government Employee with a Work Agreement (PPPK) is not continued," said Sudaryono as reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 3.
The head of BGN said that so far he had removed 137 heads of SPPG, 49 of whom were in West Java, 26 in Lampung, 11 in East Java, 10 in North Sumatra, 10 in Banten, and five in Central Java.
"Including yesterday in Semarang and causing poisoning at SMK Negeri 6 Semarang," said Sudaryono.
In addition to causing fatal incidents or MBG poisoning, the heads of SPPG were also removed due to disciplinary actions taken in the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) kitchens.
"This is because of poisoning, phishing, he has the authority to find money and then claim to be kenascam (scam), the money is lost and so on, we stopped and suspended the kitchen," he said.
He emphasized that BGN has zero tolerance for any status of poisoning because it concerns the lives and health conditions of the beneficiaries.
"We want to be as transparent as possible and provide the public with as much information as possible, including parents, teachers, the Education Office, what menu the child is given by the state, what the nutritional content is, which SPPG the menu is cooked in, who is the head of the SPPG, God willing, in the future it can be connected to the CCTV to create a sense of comfort for teachers and parents," said Sudaryono.
