Four Palestinians including 2 Children Killed in Israeli Attack

JAKARTA - Four Palestinians, including two children, were killed and dozens more were injured in a series of Israeli attacks on various areas in the Gaza Strip on Thursday (30/7).

As reported by ANTARA from Sputnik, Friday, July 31, in the last 24 hours, six bodies and 34 injured victims have been evacuated to the nearest hospital.

The number reportedly included four new deaths, one Palestinian who died of injuries and another body found after a previous attack.

In the southern Gaza Strip, a refugee camp was shelled by Israeli forces and many of its residents were left homeless following the attack, Al Jazeera said.

In October 2023, Israel launched a military operation into the Gaza Strip in response to attacks by the Palestinian group Hamas against them. The operation killed more than 73,000 people and injured another 173,000.

On October 9, 2025, Israel and Hamas then agreed to the first phase of a peace plan proposed by US President Donald Trump and mediated by Egypt, Qatar, the United States, and Turkey. A day later, a ceasefire came into effect in Gaza.

As agreed, Israeli forces retreated to the Green Line, but still control more than 50 percent of the Gaza Strip.
