Dinda Kirana Reveals New Ovarian Cyst Surgery

JAKARTA - Actress Dinda Kirana recently underwent ovarian cyst surgery. Through her Instagram account on Friday, June 11, Dinda shared her symptoms before undergoing surgery.

"So, yesterday I had surgery for a cyst on the ovary. The ovary is an egg cell and this is still a guess the doctor said that this cyst is a type of endometriosis and indeed this disease is mainly in women," he said

At first, he chose to ignore the cysts that he already knew about but in the span of a year, the cysts grew in size.

“The size of the cyst is two, and the ovaries also have two sacs. (The cyst) is a size 12 and there is a size five centimeters. That's already huge.”

Dinda also said the initial symptoms she felt. Every time she menstruated, she felt so sick that she couldn't stand and walk. It even interfered with the shooting process that was being carried out.

"Well actually a year ago I was a consul, I was a bit strange to hear that because my menstruation was said to be stopped because menstrual blood can make the cyst bigger. So when I menstruate, every girl's period is usually a week, I only have 3 days, irregular That's it," he continued.

After undergoing surgery to remove ovarian cysts, Dinda Kirana began to maintain her diet and lifestyle. He also mentioned some foods that are not recommended for consumption.
