Tanjung Priok Immigration Holds Passport Service on Weekend at Car Free Day Jakarta
JAKARTA - The Immigration Office of Class I TPI Tanjung Priok has improved immigration services to the public by implementing public service innovations through the Passport Car Free Day (Pasporia) activity in the KEIAI Building area, Sudirman, Jakarta on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
Head of the Class 1 Immigration Office of the Tanjung Priok TPI, Imam Setiawan said that this activity was an effort to bring immigration services closer to the community.
"We provide passport services at a location that is easy to reach on weekends. The Pasporia service provides convenience for people who have limited time on weekdays to handle passport applications," said Imam when confirmed, Sunday afternoon.
The immigration service process takes place in an orderly manner and the public can obtain immigration services quickly, easily, and professionally.
Imam said that officers from the Immigration Office of Class I TPI Tanjung Priok provided services in accordance with the applicable operational standards, ranging from document verification, collection of biometric data, to providing information related to passport application requirements and procedures.
"We are committed to continuing to improve the quality of public services that are excellent, adaptive, and oriented towards community needs," he said.
He explained that the innovation of the Pasporia service is expected to provide easy access while increasing public satisfaction with immigration services.
