Jasa Marga Closes GT Tomang, Vehicles Can Pass GT Slipi 2 and Jelambar 1
JAKARTA - The Tomang Toll Gate (GT) will be temporarily closed from Friday, July 24 to Sunday, August 9.
This follows the repair of the Inner City Toll Road carried out by Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad (JMT) together with PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance (JMTM).
Road users from the Tangerang direction who will go to Cawang through the Inner City Toll, are directed to exit at the Tomang Exit and continue their journey through the arterial road then re-enter at GT Slipi 2.
Meanwhile, road users from the Tangerang direction who will go to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport are directed to exit at Tomang Exit and continue their journey through the arterial road and then re-enter at GT Jelambar 1.
Road repairs are carried out through pavement reconstruction work at GT Tomang and Ramp B Simpang Susun Tomang direction Cawang.
"The work schedule is part of a series of reconstruction work carried out gradually every Friday at 21.30 WIB until Sunday at 05.00 WIB, adjusting to traffic conditions on the ground," said Senior Manager Representative Office 2 Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Amri Sanusi quoted from a written statement, Friday, July 24.
The points of work for reconstruction of the pavement on the Inner City Toll are as follows:
Cawang direction
• The 03 GT Tomang Substation column, was carried out on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 21.30 WIB until Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 05.00 WIB.
• The 04 GT Tomang Substation column, was carried out on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 21.30 WIB until Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 05.00 WIB.
• Column 1-2 Ramp B Simpang Susun Tomang, carried out on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 21.30 WIB until Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 05.00 WIB.
Toll in the City has a strategic role as the main access to the business center in Jakarta. High traffic intensity requires reliable road conditions, so that pavement maintenance and safety facilities become the main thing to ensure the function of the toll road remains optimal.
The work is part of a periodic maintenance program to maintain the condition of the toll road to meet the Minimum Service Standard (SPM) and provide safety and comfort for road users.
To minimize the impact on traffic, Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad has prepared mitigation steps in the form of installing signs before the work area, traffic management and optimal work area restrictions and coordinating with the Police Road Patrol (PJR), PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator (JMTO) and related parties.
Jasa Marga apologized for the inconvenience that road users may feel during the implementation of the work.
Road users are urged to comply with traffic signs and instructions from officers in the field, arrange travel time and routes, and ensure the adequacy of electronic card balances before entering the toll road.
