Sarana Jaya prepares 274 action plans resulting from performance evaluation to strengthen company transformation 

JAKARTA - Pertamina has carried out a follow-up to the results of the Diagnostic Performance Review (DPR) by drafting 274 action plans which are part of the company's transformation agenda. All these steps are outlined in the signing of the Joint Commitment to the DPR Action Plan and the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Performance Agreement.

The program is a follow-up to a thorough evaluation of the company's performance initiated by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the BUMD Development Agency (BPBUMD) with the involvement of EY Indonesia as an independent consultant. The evaluation covers business, operational, governance, organizational, and financial aspects to map strengths, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Bernard Yohanes emphasized that the evaluation results would not stop as a document, but would become the basis for improvement that must be carried out in a tangible manner.

"The commitments signed today include six business strengthening focuses that have been translated into 20 strategies and 274 action plans. These commitments are not merely administrative fulfillment, but a form of accountability for the Board of Directors and all levels of the company to implement improvements in a tangible and consistent manner," said Bernard through his statement, Wednesday, July 22.

According to Bernard, the implementation of the action plan is part of efforts to strengthen corporate governance, increase organizational effectiveness, strengthen risk management, and ensure that all recommendations from the evaluation can be implemented optimally.

In addition to agreeing on the action plan, Sarana Jaya also signed a Business Continuity Plan Performance Agreement as a step to strengthen the company's readiness to face various potential risks that could disrupt operations. The document was drafted to maintain the continuity of business processes while ensuring the implementation of the development mandate from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government continues.

"We are committed to making this momentum part of the strengthening of transformation towards a healthier, professional, adaptive, and sustainable Sarana Jaya," said Bernard.

A total of 274 action plans that were compiled are derived from six business strengthening focuses and 20 strategies that have been set by the company. All of them will be guidelines for the board of directors and all Sarana Jaya people in carrying out gradual, measurable, and accountable improvements as part of the company's transformation.
