Sudaryono prohibits anyone from selling the name of the head of BGN, asking to be reported directly

JAKARTA - The Head of the National Nutrition Agency, Sudaryono, asked the public to report anyone who claimed to be a family, friend, colleague, or close relative to offer services related to the Free Nutritious Meal program.

The warning was delivered by Sudaryono after being inaugurated as the Head of BGN at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Wednesday, July 22.

"I make sure it's not true. I ask that the person concerned be reported to the authorities," said Sudaryono.

He emphasized that he would not give special treatment to family, friends, alumni, or people who know him if his business was related to work at BGN.

According to Sudaryono, all issues must be resolved through official mechanisms. Discussions about projects or follow-up work should not be conducted in a closed manner in restaurants, private spaces, or places that cannot be supervised.

"We are no longer a trust in person. Everything must be discussed in bright and transparent spaces and seen by people," he said.

Sudaryono also denied having a kitchen or a Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit or SPPG. He ensured that none of his family members had such facilities.

"No. I don't have a SPPG, I don't have a kitchen, and none of my family has a kitchen," he said.

He stated that he would not tolerate corruption or practices of taking advantage of the Free Nutritious Meal program budget.

Sudaryono said the program had a large budget and reached all over Indonesia. Therefore, every expenditure must be accountable.

He also asked the public and media personnel to report if they found irregularities in the implementation of the program.

"Zero tolerance for corruption and stealing practices that the Indonesian people hate the most," he said.
