Bank Jakarta Changes the Face of Kebayoran Park KCP, Becomes a Prototype of a New Generation Branch
JAKARTA - Bank Jakarta has inaugurated the new face of the Kebayoran Park Assistant Branch (KCP) as a prototype of a new generation branch. This step is part of the transformation of services carried out by the company by combining the concept of digital banking and face-to-face services in one more modern space.
KCP Kebayoran Park carries the concept of Modern, Accessible, Connected with a more open service space design, a simpler and digitized service process, and the new identity of Bank Jakarta, including the use of new uniforms for service officers.
Bank Jakarta President Director Agus H. Widodo said the changes were not merely updating the appearance of branch offices, but changing the way the bank provides services to the public.
"Today we are not just inaugurating a building. What has changed is not only the face of the branch office, but also the way we serve the community. The change of a bank is not enough to be realized through technology or a more modern building, but when the community feels that the service is easier, faster, more comfortable, and more human," said Agus, Wednesday, July 22.
According to Agus, the existence of branch offices still has an important role in the development of digital banking services. Because, customer trust is still built through direct interaction.
He said that KCP Kebayoran Park was an initial model that would serve as a reference for the transformation of Bank Jakarta's office network in various regions. This concept prioritizes a faster, more efficient, and customer-oriented service experience.
"We are not building a more beautiful branch, but a branch that is more relevant to the way of life of the people of Jakarta today. In the future, this service model will be replicated to other Bank Jakarta networks so that the public can experience modern, fast, comfortable, and consistent service experiences," he said.
Meanwhile, Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno assessed that the transformation was in line with efforts to strengthen the role of Bank Jakarta as a regional development bank in the midst of changing community needs.
"On behalf of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, we support and welcome the presence of New Look Bank Jakarta KCP Kebayoran Park as Bank Jakarta's commitment to continue to transform to meet customer needs. Bank Jakarta plays an important role as a regional development bank that not only provides financial services, but also supports business growth, expands access to financing, and encourages the transformation of the Jakarta economy," said Rano.
Rano also hopes that Bank Jakarta will expand the reach of its services to the community, one of which is by adding ATM facilities in the apartment area so that access to banking services is easier.
Continuing, Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi said the development of the New Look Branch concept is part of the implementation of Bank Jakarta's new identity which will be implemented gradually throughout the office network.
"The presence of the New Look Branch at KCP Kebayoran Park is one of the forms of implementation of Bank Jakarta's new identity. This update not only presents a more modern and representative appearance, but also reflects the spirit of transformation of Bank Jakarta as an adaptive, innovative, and ready financial institution to answer the dynamics of the banking industry that continues to grow," said Arie.
