Kejaksaan Sebut Belum Ada Jadwal Pemeriksaan Nanik S Deyang Usai Mundur dari BGN
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office stated that there was no schedule for the examination of the former Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Nanik Sudaryati Deyang after the person concerned resigned from his position.
"For now there is no schedule for summoning," said Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office, Anang Supriatna, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, July 22.
However, Anang said that investigators could examine Nanik if his testimony was needed in the investigation of the alleged corruption of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program management case at BGN in 2025-2026.
"In the future, it is not impossible that as long as the investigators need his testimony for proof," he said.
Nanik previously submitted his resignation as Head of BGN with health reasons.
Through his social media account, Nanik said he would undergo treatment for heart disease abroad. He also admitted that he had submitted his resignation to President Prabowo Subianto.
"I convey to the President also with thousands of apologies that it seems I have to resign as Head of BGN for my health," said Nanik.
Nanik also said the President agreed to resign, but asked him to continue to supervise BGN. According to him, there is a possibility that the President will form a supervisory board for BGN and the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal Program with himself as chairman of the supervisory board.
In his statement, Nanik emphasized that he still supports President Prabowo's efforts to improve people's welfare through various government programs.
