PERURI Expands Access to Market for UMKM Binaan through Road to INACRAFT 2026
JAKARTA - PERURI continues to strengthen its role in encouraging the binaan MSMEs to become more competitive through participation in Road to INACRAFT 2026, a series of activities leading up to the peak of the INACRAFT 2026 event. The activities which took place on July 15-19, 2026 at the Jogja Expo Center are a strategic step for PERURI to expand product exposure, open market access, and bring binaan MSMEs together with consumers and potential business partners.
Road to INACRAFT 2026 is a space for the promotion and development of capacity for MSMEs and creative industries. Through this series of activities, UMKM Binaan PERURI has the opportunity to introduce its products, understand the development of market needs, expand business networks, and increase readiness for a wider market.
In this activity, PERURI carries the theme "Hayuning Bawono" with the concept of sustainable product and slow fashion. This concept emphasizes the importance of balance between cultural preservation, environmental awareness, and more responsible and sustainable production processes.
PERURI involves seven MSMEs from the Special Region of Yogyakarta which are members of Jogja Berkarya. The seven MSMEs present flagship products from the fashion, craft, and culinary sectors.
Astarupa presents batik and painting T-shirts, while Ethnic Gendhis presents hand-painted batik with unique ethnic designs. Klamby Kulo brings fashion and accessory products, while Mama Poenya Ethnic Fabric presents Indonesian fabric clothing with distinctive sewing techniques. CFTM presents genuine leather wallets and straps, Delolie introduces Gaplek cookies typical of Gunungkidul, and Black Garlic Adimas presents black garlic processed products.
Head of Corporate Secretary PERURI, Adi Sunardi, said that participation in Road to INACRAFT 2026 is part of PERURI's efforts to strengthen the capacity and sustainability of the MSMEs it has built.
"Participation in the Road to INACRAFT 2026 provides an opportunity for UMKM binaan PERURI to introduce the quality and uniqueness of its products to a wider market. We hope that this activity can open up opportunities for collaboration, expand business networks, and encourage UMKM binaan to continue to improve the quality, innovation, and competitiveness of its products," said Adi, in a statement, Tuesday, July 21.
Participation is part of the implementation of the PERURI Social and Environmental Responsibility program in supporting the sustainable development of MSMEs. PERURI's support does not stop at providing assistance, but is directed at capacity building, promotion, expansion of marketing networks, and opening up opportunities for cooperation so that the MSMEs can grow independently and adapt to market developments.
Through Road to INACRAFT 2026, PERURI hopes that the MSMEs it has built can gain market insights, build new business relationships, and increase the value of their sales and product innovation. This step is also part of PERURI's contribution to strengthening an inclusive creative economy ecosystem and supporting national economic growth.
