Only 30 RDTR Bali Integrated OSS, Minister of ATR: I Think It Needs to Be Followed Up Immediately

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has asked the Bali Provincial Government to accelerate the integration of the Spatial Detail Plan (RDTR) into the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.

The reason is that, until now, only 30 RDTR out of the target of 75 RDTR in Bali have been integrated with OSS.

In addition, there are four RDTRs that are still in the integration process. As for Denpasar City, Badung Regency and Gianyar Regency, they are the three areas in Bali that have integrated all RDTRs into OSS.

The request was conveyed by Deputy Minister of ATR/Deputy Head of BPN Ossy Dermawan when attending a meeting with Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development (IPK) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) and the Bali Provincial Government at the Wisma Sabha Bali Governor's Office, Denpasar, Monday, July 20.

"I think this needs to be boosted, hopefully it can be followed up immediately, so that RDTR can be used as a foundation for development and a sustainable and sustainable investment base in the province of Bali," said Ossy as quoted from the official website of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Tuesday, July 21.

During the meeting, Ossy emphasized that space management is an important factor in supporting the development of Bali which continues to grow in the midst of limited space.

According to him, the Spatial Plan (RTR) serves as a compass for development, while the RDTR becomes an operational guide in its implementation.

"Talking about the future of Bali, we are talking about how to manage limited space while answering the growing needs. The Spatial Plan (RTR) is the compass for development and the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) is the operational guide," he said.

Ossy said that all spatial planning documents, ranging from the National Spatial Planning Plan (RTRWN), provincial RTR, district/city RTR to RDTR must be a reference for development and investment in Bali.

The meeting was chaired by AHY and attended by a number of ministers, deputy ministers, representatives of institutions and SOEs.

In addition to discussing the spatial layout, the meeting also discussed strategies for developing Bali from various sectors, such as tourism, creative economy, transportation and aviation.

On that occasion, AHY emphasized that the development of Bali must be carried out in an integrated manner by involving the central government, local governments, SOEs and BUMD through long-term planning.

"We are putting the spatial layout as the commander of development again. Because, if it is haphazard, this will result in disasters and at the same time add to the problems of tourism, connectivity and other environments," he said.
