JAKARTA - Bank Jakarta officially presents the New Look Branch at the Kebayoran Park Assistant Branch Office (KCP) as part of the company's transformation in providing modern, convenient, and customer-oriented banking services.
The inauguration was attended by the Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno; Deputy Coordinator of the Special Staff of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Yustinus Prastowo; Assistant for Economy and Finance of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretary Suharini Eliawati, Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial BUMD Development Agency Syaefuloh Hidayat; President Commissioner of Bank Jakata Anang Basuki; President Director of Bank Jakarta Agus H. Widodo; Director of Technology & Operations of Bank Jakarta Daniel Setiawan Subianto; Owner of Kebayoran Park Mall & Hotel, Tety Kurniawaty Wijaya and Sony Kusumo, along with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Monday, July 20.
Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno appreciates Bank Jakarta's transformation through the inauguration of Kebayoran Park KCP as a future branch. According to him, this step is a manifestation of Bank Jakarta's commitment in responding to the needs of an ever-evolving community while supporting the transformation of Jakarta as a global city.
"On behalf of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, we support and welcome the presence of New Look Bank Jakarta KCP Kebayoran Park as Bank Jakarta's commitment to continue to transform to meet customer needs. Bank Jakarta plays an important role as a regional development bank that not only provides financial services, but also supports business growth, expands access to financing, and encourages the transformation of the Jakarta economy," said Rano.
He also hopes that Bank Jakarta continues to expand access to banking services, including through the provision of ATMs in the apartment area so that the public can more easily obtain financial services. KCP Kebayoran Park presents the concept of Modern, Accessible, Connected, presenting a more comfortable, collaborative, and personal service space for customers. This concept is also strengthened by the implementation of Bank Jakarta's new identity, including the use of new uniforms for frontline officers.
Bank Jakarta President Director Agus H. Widodo said the inauguration of the Kebayoran Park KCP was not merely to present a new branch office, but to be a milestone in the transformation of Bank Jakarta's services.
"Today we are not just inaugurating a building. What has changed is not only the face of the branch office, but also the way we serve the community. The change of a bank is not enough to be realized through technology or a more modern building, but when the community feels that the service is easier, faster, more comfortable, and more human," said Agus.
According to Agus, the presence of branch offices remains relevant in the digital era because trust is built through human interaction. Therefore, the future of banking is not choosing between digital services or branches, but rather presenting a digital, smart, efficient branch office, and being able to provide the best experience for customers.
He explained that KCP Kebayoran Park is the first prototype of a new generation of Bank Jakarta branch offices that will serve as a reference for the transformation of other office networks. Through the transformation of service spaces, business processes, and service culture, Bank Jakarta presents a more open office atmosphere, simpler and digitized service processes, and a new service spirit that is more friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
"We are not building a more beautiful branch, but a branch that is more relevant to the way of life of the people of Jakarta today. In the future, this service model will be replicated to other Bank Jakarta networks so that people can experience modern, fast, comfortable, and consistent service experiences," said Agus. Representative of Kebayoran Park Mall Management Tety Kurniawaty Wijaya welcomed the presence of Bank Jakarta at Kebayoran Park.
According to him, the opening of the KCP complements the various public services that have been available in the area while providing easy access to financial services for the community.
"We would like to thank Bank Jakarta for its trust in opening a KCP in Kebayoran Park. We hope that its presence will provide benefits and added value for tenants, visitors, and the surrounding community," said Tety.
Meanwhile, Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi said the development of the New Look Branch concept is part of Bank Jakarta's ongoing efforts to strengthen the company's transformation while implementing a new identity consistently across all office networks.
"The presence of the New Look Branch at KCP Kebayoran Park is one of the forms of implementation of Bank Jakarta's new identity. This update not only presents a more modern and representative appearance, but also reflects the spirit of transformation of Bank Jakarta as an adaptive, innovative, and ready financial institution to answer the dynamics of the banking industry that continues to grow," said Arie.
Through this transformation, Bank Jakarta hopes to provide a more modern, comfortable, and personalized service experience for customers, while strengthening its role as a regional development bank that supports economic growth and the transformation of Jakarta into a global city.
