After B10, Leapmotor prepares a new surprise at GIIAS 2026

Leapmotor is one of the Chinese brands that has arrived in Indonesia with full confidence. Proof of this, it has introduced its first model, the B10 BEV, and plans to add other models that will be present at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show 2026 (GIIAS).

This certainty was revealed by Leapmotor Brand Head, Samuel Christian Wowor. According to him, at the annual exhibition, the company will launch two models including the price of the B10 BEV.

"We will launch 2 models at once at GIIAS 2026," he said, when met at the inauguration of the first deal at PIK, Friday, July 17.

Unfortunately, he was reluctant to reveal a new model that was present at GIIAS, but it was predicted that the model in question was the C10 which was already present in the local Chinese market.

Referring to the Chinese market, built on the LEAP3.0 platform, this SUV is designed to meet the needs of families, with a single electric motor driving the rear wheels that produces 218 hp and 320 Nm of torque. This allows acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 7.5 seconds with a top speed of 170 km/h.

Using a 69.9 kWh lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) battery, the Leapmotor C10 offers a range of up to 424 km according to WLTP standards. Charging is also quite fast, with the ability to charge from 30 percent to 80 percent in 30 minutes.

In the D-SUV segment, the Leapmotor C10 comes with impressive dimensions, namely a length of 4,739 mm, a width of 1,900 mm, a height of 1,680 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,825 mm. This vehicle uses 20-inch trident alloy rims with Dunlop e Sport Maxx tires measuring 245/45, and is equipped with LED auto headlights and daytime running lights (DRL) for a modern look.

Stellantis offers the Leapmotor C10 with attractive color options such as Canopy Grey, Pearly White, Tundra Grey, and Glazed Green. The interior also comes with an elegant feel, available in Criollo Brown and Midnight Aura colors.
