News Of The Appointment Of Honorary Employees To ASN, Kemenpan RB: Beware Of Fake Letters
JAKARTA - The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) reminded the public to be careful regarding the circulation of fake letters regarding honorary appointments.
The Head of the Legal, Communication and Public Information Bureau of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, Mohammad Averrouce, in a press statement, said that the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform again found a false letter regarding the appointment of honorary staff.
He stated that the Kemenpan RB did not issue a letter regarding the appointment of honorary staff.
"Even the abbreviation for Menpan RB is not correct. We emphasize that the letter is fake," he said in Jakarta, as reported by Antara, Friday, June 11.
According to him, in a fake letter numbered 257/VI/2021 regarding the appointment of honorary staff, it is as if there was a decision in a joint meeting with Commission X of the DPR and the Minister of State Civil Apparatus and Bureaucracy.
It is as if the decision is to provide opportunities for honorary staff, administrative staff, agricultural extension workers, and temporary health workers who are more than 35 years old to be appointed as civil servants (PNS) without a test for those who meet the requirements.
Averrouce said that several cases of fake letters circulating previously also used the name of Heru Purwaka from the Central BKN Personnel Planning Bureau as a liaison.
"They often use the name Heru Purwaka, only the phone number is always changed," he said.
Then, he said, in the fake letter the time and place was written, namely Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 10.00 WIB in the Commission X Meeting Room of the DPR RI to discuss the appointment of honorary staff aged 35 years and over.
The letter seemed to be signed by the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Tjahjo Kumolo and was intended for the Central and Regional Personnel Guidance Officers (PPK).
Averrouce appealed to the public to always be careful in receiving information, especially if on behalf of the Kemenpan RB and asking for a number of rewards.
"Always be vigilant and selective about the information circulating by checking the truth of the information to the Kemenpan RB," he said.
