2026 World Cup Champions Will Receive Historic Championship Rings
JAKARTA - On Sunday, July 19, 2026, local time or Monday, July 20, 2026, early morning WIB, the 2026 World Cup champion will be crowned at the New York New Jersey Stadium.
The 2026 World Cup final will see Spain vs Argentina, a duel that FIFA had previously planned to meet in the 2026 Finalissima which was canceled.
In addition to the iconic trophy and the prestigious gold medal for the 2026 World Cup champion, a new victory symbol will be given to the winning team.
In a first for a FIFA competition, the tournament winners will also receive a special championship ring, bringing one of America's most recognizable sports traditions to the global stage.
Each ring will be part of a limited edition of only 2,026 pieces numbered individually, in direct homage to the tournament.
Of that number, 30 will be given to the winning team, while 1,996 will be available for fans around the world as official licensed products, allowing supporters to own a unique piece of the 2026 World Cup history.
One side of the ring proudly displays the FIFA World Cup trophy, while the other side will be customized to reflect the identity of the winning team.
Each ring will be given an individual number, adjusted to its size, and delivered with its own certificate of authenticity.
Immediately following the final, the captain and head coach of the winning team will receive a temporary ring to commemorate the event. Each of the 30 rings for the winners will then be personalized before being officially awarded on a date to be determined later, ensuring a perfect lifetime fit for an achievement that will be remembered forever.
