Prabowo is angry at foreign perceptions that consider the Indonesian people lazy

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto launched a harsh criticism of foreign parties who still underestimate the Indonesian people. He admitted that he was angry at the negative perception from the international community that considered the Indonesian people to be lazy and lazy.

The firm statement was made by President Prabowo when he inaugurated the groundbreaking of the National Strategic Project of the Abadi Masela LNG virtually from the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, on Thursday, July 16.

According to the President, the bad perception arose because the hospitality of the Indonesian people was often misinterpreted as a weakness. He regretted the assumption that the indigenous people of Indonesia were considered weak and only had a sleeping hobby, although the reality on the ground showed the opposite.

The President emphasized that the allegations were completely inconsistent with the reality of people's lives. Millions of Indonesians have proven to work hard from early morning to meet the needs of their families. This phenomenon can be seen directly from the daily lives of farmers, fishermen, and people in various regions who have gone to work when it is still dark and only come home after nightfall.

Through this momentum, the Head of State invites all parties to appreciate the hard work of the community more and stop looking down on the ability of the Indonesian nation. Foreign parties are asked to open their eyes to the struggle of workers in Indonesia who spend time from dark to dark again in rice fields, fields, and the sea.

Despite launching a sharp criticism of this skewed view, the President ensured that the government remained fully committed to maintaining good relations with the international community. Indonesia will always be open to various forms of global cooperation, provided that the relationship is built on the principles of mutual respect and mutual benefit.

At the end of his statement, the President reminded other countries that Indonesia has now grown into a much more mature nation. He emphasized that the ranks of Indonesian leaders are now intelligent figures, not naive, and have the courage to determine the direction of state policy independently.
