MG ZS Hybrid+ Introduced in Indonesia with Modern Hybrid Technology and 15 ADAS Features

JAKARTA - MG Motor Indonesia officially introduced the MG ZS Hybrid+. This latest hybrid SUV is here to strengthen MG's electrification vehicle line in the Indonesian market while offering a new alternative for consumers who want vehicles with environmentally friendly technology.

MG Motor Indonesia CEO Jason Huang said the presence of the MG ZS Hybrid+ is part of the company's strategy in providing a more diverse choice of electrified vehicles, as the public's need for the technology increases.

"The Indonesian people's need for electrified vehicles continues to grow, as do their expectations of a vehicle. Therefore, MG is committed to providing an increasingly complete product selection through various electrification technologies. The arrival of the MG ZS Hybrid+ is the next step in expanding MG's portfolio in Indonesia while providing more options for consumers to find the vehicle that best suits their mobility needs," said Jason Huang, quoted from the official statement, Thursday, July 16.

MG developed the ZS Hybrid+ with the spirit of Outclass the Mainstream which is translated through three main pillars, namely Distinctive Pride, Thoughtful Care, and Complete Reward. All three aspects are designed to provide a more comprehensive driving experience, from design, comfort, to performance.

On the Distinctive Pride pillar, the MG ZS Hybrid+ carries a European-style SUV design with a modern look combined with a premium cabin and technology that is claimed to be able to increase driver and passenger comfort. MG's distinctive design identity also gives a confident impression on the road while presenting an intuitive interior.

In the performance sector, the MG ZS Hybrid+ relies on the latest generation of Hybrid+ technology which combines a gasoline engine, electric motor, and special hybrid transmission. The combination is claimed to be able to produce optimal fuel efficiency, responsive acceleration, and a smooth driving character without sacrificing comfort.

In terms of safety, this hybrid SUV is equipped with 15 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features, seven airbags, and has earned a five-star safety rating from ANCAP. These facilities are designed to provide maximum protection for drivers and all passengers.
