Russia Continues to Attack Ukrainian Military Cargo Port
JAKARTA - The Russian armed forces continue to launch attacks on Ukrainian ports used for the delivery of goods for the Ukrainian armed forces.
"Tonight, the Russian Armed Forces continue to launch attacks on Ukrainian ports used for the delivery of goods for the Ukrainian armed forces," the Russian Defense Ministry said, as reported by Sputnik, Wednesday, July 15.
The Russian Defense Ministry said four cargo ships for the Ukrainian armed forces had been targeted by Russian attacks in two Ukrainian seaports, namely Chernomorsk (Chornomorsk) and Dnepro-Bugsky (Dnieper-Bug).
The Russian military also attacked port infrastructure facilities, fuel tanks, as well as production and assembly workshops in the ports of Odessan and Chernomorsk.
The Russian Defense Ministry said a container ship and a bulk carrier carrying supplies for Ukrainian troops were also hit by Russian air strikes in the port of Chornomorsk, Odessa region.
Two dry cargo ships that were unloading cargo for Ukraine were also reportedly hit while in the Dnepro-Bugsky Port, Nikolayev (Mykolaiv) region.
In addition, the ministry said that the attack carried out by the "Russian Grant" drone crew had destroyed a gas distribution station used by Ukraine in Kramatorsk, Donetsk People's Republic.
The Russian Defense Ministry also released footage of the attack and said its forces continued to target facilities that supply energy to Ukrainian military-backed companies.
