Still Relevant After 35 Years, Koma Theater Returns to Stage the Mental Hospital Play

JAKARTA - One of the important works of Koma Theater titled "Mental Hospital" will be staged again after 35 years since it was first shown in front of the audience. This 237th production of Koma Theater in collaboration with the Bakti Budaya Djarum Foundation will be staged on July 30 to August 2, 2026 at Graha Bhakti Budaya, Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM), Jakarta. The play "Mental Hospital" is a reflection of various humanitarian issues, power relations, and social dynamics that are still relevant to this day.
