Not Listed in LHKPN, KPK Suspects Jampidsus Febrie's Luxury House in Sentul Uses Nominee
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that the luxurious house of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) Febrie Adriansyah in Sentul, West Java, uses the name of a nominee.
This certainty was conveyed by the Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK, Aminudin, after checking the wealth report of state administrators (LHKPN).
"It is suspected that the person concerned uses a nominee who has no family relationship so that it is not detected in the examination," said Aminudin when confirmed by reporters, Friday, July 10.
The houses in the Sentul area that were searched by the investigators of the National Police's Corruption Eradication Task Force (Kortastipidkor) were not included in the LHKPN submitted by Febrie.
In fact, Febrie has admitted that the house which became the location of the seizure of 74 kilograms of gold bars and cash worth hundreds of billions of rupiah is his asset which he has owned for a long time.
Meanwhile, based on the LHKPN, Febrie's total wealth was recorded at Rp. 18.2 billion. The value consists of land and buildings worth Rp. 14.8 billion, transportation and machinery worth Rp. 2.3 billion, other movable assets worth Rp. 60 million, cash and cash equivalents of Rp. 938 million, and other assets of Rp. 100 million.
In the report, Febrie only listed five plots of land and buildings located in South Jakarta, South Tangerang, and Bandung.
The details include land and buildings with an area of 220 square meters/180 square meters in South Jakarta worth Rp2.3 billion. Then two plots of land in South Tangerang each with an area of 652 square meters and 704 square meters with a value of Rp597 million and Rp644 million.
In addition, there is a plot of land measuring 2,301 square meters in Bandung worth Rp473 million and land and buildings measuring 638 square meters/200 square meters in South Jakarta with a value of Rp10.8 billion.
