Jampidsus Says MBG Case in the Process of Being Disposed of

JAKARTA - The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah said that the handling of the case of alleged corruption in the management of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program is currently in the process of clearing.

"At BGN, this is in the process of being cleared, yes. Still focused there to quickly complete, the order to me is the priority," said Febrie as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, July 10.

He also revealed the list of 41 names suspected of being involved in the request for the quota of the Nutrition Service Fulfillment Unit (SPPG), now the number has increased to 47 names.

However, the names will still be investigated to prove their involvement.

"We will see the development later, but we also want this BGN to run well, and this is also always our communication with our colleagues now who are in charge of MBG," he said.

Previously, the lawyer for former Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Sony Sonjaya, Krisna Murti, said there were 41 names suspected of being involved in the request for SPPG point allocations.

This was revealed during the examination of Sony Sonjaya as a suspect in the case of alleged corruption in the management of the MBG program in 2025-2026.

He said dozens of the names were from the political world, but did not reveal them in detail.

Until now, there have been seven people who have been named as suspects in the MBG governance corruption case, namely the former Head of BGN Dadan Hindayana; former Deputy Head of BGN for Organizational Development and Institutional Relations Lodewyk Pusung; former Deputy Head of BGN for Operational Nutrition Fulfillment Sony Sonjaya; Asep Yusuf Soemantri as a private party; Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal Andri Mulyono; Glory Harimas Sihombing as a private party; and LMI as Deputy Secretary for Promotion and Cooperation of BGN.
