Karawang - President Prabowo Subianto wants farmers to be the party who feels the most benefit from the palm oil downstream policy, which coincides with the launch of the B50 biodiesel program which took place at the KM 57 Rest Area, Karawang Regency, Thursday, July 9.

According to President Prabowo, the success of the B50 program is one of the government's strategic steps in strengthening national energy resilience, as well as increasing the added value of the palm oil industry.

On the other hand, President Prabowo wants to ensure that the main direction of the policy remains in favor of farmers. The goal is for farmers to be the group that benefits the most and is more prosperous from the palm oil downstream process.

President Prabowo emphasized that the positive impact of various government policies has begun to be felt by the community in the region. Based on the reports he received from a number of provinces, the level of farmer welfare shows an increasing trend reflected by the increase in purchasing power.
