Iranian Missile Enters Jordanian Airspace, Sirens Sound

Sirens of air raids sounded in Jordan after Iranian missiles entered the country's airspace. The attack that crossed Jordan was Iran's response to the United States attack targeting a military base.

A government spokesman said all the missiles were "intercepted and dealt with."

"The brave Jordanian Armed Forces are on a high state of alert, ready to face any threats to the Kingdom, and are making every effort to maintain the security of the country and the safety of its citizens," Mohammad Al-Momani wrote, as reported by CNN, Thursday, July 9.

Meanwhile, in Kuwait, it was reported that one person was injured due to the falling debris of the Iranian missile and drone attacks that were intercepted by the Arab Gulf country.

Iran reportedly launched three ballistic missiles, one cruise missile, and 10 drones towards Kuwait - all of which were "successfully intercepted" - according to a Kuwaiti military statement. The interception process caused material damage.

In neighboring Bahrain, the military said its air defense systems intercepted Iranian missile and drone attacks this morning, without giving further details.
