Follow-up to BPK Findings, BP Tapera Returns FLPP Funds of IDR 1.26 Billion
JAKARTA - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) has ensured that it has followed up on the recommendations of the results of the 2025 audit of the Indonesian Financial Supervisory Board (BPK) by returning Rp1.26 billion worth of Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) funds that had previously been disbursed incorrectly. target.
The follow-up was carried out after receiving the Inspection Report (LHP) Number 26/T/LHP/DJPKN-III/PPN.03/01/2026 dated January 30, 2026 from the BPK which found the inaccuracy of the target for the distribution of FLPP funds to 10 debtors or customers with a total of Rp. 1.26 billion.
BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho said that his party immediately issued a billing letter for the return of the principal balance of the FLPP fund to the six distributing banks since March 10, 2026.
"We have received evidence of the return of the principal balance of the FLPP funds from the six distributing banks with a total value of IDR 1.26 billion and we have reported the follow-up to the BPK RI," said Heru, quoted from a written statement, Wednesday, July 8.
The six distributing banks that followed up on the recommendations are Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Syariah Nasional (BSN), BPD BJB and BPD Kalbar.
All banks have submitted proof of the return of funds in accordance with the BPK recommendation, which was then forwarded by BP Tapera as proof of follow-up to the BPK RI.
Apart from the issue of fund distribution, the results of the BPK inspection also found that as many as 543 units of Sejahtera KPR houses have not been used as residences and 899 houses have not installed KPR FLPP stickers or plates in accordance with regulations.
Following up on the findings, BP Tapera has sent a Follow-up Warning Letter (SPTL), Warning Letter I (SP I) and Warning Letter II (SP II) to the distributing banks to continue to warn the debtors to immediately occupy the houses obtained through the FLPP scheme and to install a sticker or KPR plate in accordance with the rules.
"Until now, all distributing banks have followed up on SPTL, SP I and SP II for the findings of housing in 543 units and the installation of KPR stickers/plates on 899 units," he said.
Based on the data on the occupancy rate of FLPP until Semester I-2026, from the target of monitoring 75,000 houses, BP Tapera has verified 48,958 houses.
As a result, 45,703 houses or 93.35 percent have been inhabited according to the provisions, while 3,255 houses or 6.65 percent have not yet met the housing provisions.
Heru emphasized that his party was committed to following up on all the recommendations of the BPK examination as part of strengthening the governance of the distribution of FLPP so that it was targeted and in accordance with the provisions.
Based on this commitment, in April 2026, BP Tapera received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Directorate General of State Financial Examinations (DJPKN) III BPK RI as an entity with a level of completion of Follow-up Recommendations of Audit Results (TLRHP) above 90 percent in Semester II-2025.
The award was given based on the results of the BPK's monitoring of the completion of follow-up recommendations for examination in accordance with legal provisions.
