Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi Weather Tuesday, July 7: Bright, Hot Temperature up to 34 Degrees
JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that the weather in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) regions on Tuesday, July 7 will be dominated by sunny to cloudy conditions with air temperatures ranging from 22 to 34 degrees Celsius.
The relatively stable weather conditions are expected to support community activities, although an increase in cloud cover has the potential to occur in the afternoon and evening in a number of areas. BMKG also said that the dry season still dominates most of Java, including Jabodetabek.
In the DKI Jakarta area, the weather is expected to be sunny from morning to noon, then change to cloudy in the afternoon to evening. The air temperature ranges from 25 to 34 degrees Celsius with a humidity level of around 45-85 percent.
South Jakarta and East Jakarta are expected to be the areas with the highest temperatures, while Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, North Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands also enjoy generally sunny weather.
Meanwhile, the Bogor area is predicted to be sunny with a temperature ranging from 22 to 31 degrees Celsius. The Puncak, Cisarua, and southern Bogor Regency areas are predicted to remain the region with the coldest temperature in Jabodetabek, especially in the morning and evening. However, the increase in clouds in the afternoon is still potentially occurring locally.
In Depok City, the weather is predicted to be sunny with a temperature of 24 to 33 degrees Celsius. Similar conditions are also expected in Tangerang with air temperatures ranging from 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, Bekasi is expected to be one of the hottest areas in Jabodetabek with an air temperature of 34 degrees Celsius during the day. The weather is expected to remain sunny to cloudy so that community activities are expected to run normally.
BMKG urges the public to maintain adequate body fluids when carrying out activities outdoors, especially during the day when the air temperature reaches more than 30 degrees Celsius. The use of protection from direct sunlight, such as hats, umbrellas, or sunscreen, is also recommended to reduce the risk of dehydration and heat exposure.
In general, the weather in Jabodetabek on Tuesday is expected to be quite conducive for office activities, travel, and outdoor activities.
Even though the chance of rain is relatively low, the public is still advised to monitor the latest weather information from the BMKG as a precautionary measure if there is a sudden change in the weather.
