BPJS Employment Holds Strategic Workshop to Strengthen Inclusive Ecosystem and Workers' Welfare
BPJS Employment continues to strengthen its commitment to building an inclusive work ecosystem, one of which is through a workshop held by the Jakarta Cilincing Branch Office.
Under the theme "Strengthening the Inclusive Employment Ecosystem to Achieve Indonesian Workers' Welfare", this event was held at 101 Urban Kelapa Gading on Thursday, June 25, 2026, with 60 participants who were representatives of employers and companies who had registered as active participants of BPJS Employment Jakarta Cilincing.
This activity was held as a forum to build closer relationships between BPJS Employment and companies, as well as a means of delivering information regarding policies, service innovations, and strategic programs that provide added value for companies and workers.
Head of the BPJS Employment Jakarta Cilincing Branch Office, Rita Mariana, said this workshop was a very important two-way communication forum for both parties.
"Through this activity, companies are also given space to share experiences (best practices), convey aspirations, and provide input in order to improve the quality of BPJS Employment services," said Rita Mariana.
In addition to strengthening bilateral relations, the activity also raised the issue of inclusive employment as part of a joint commitment to creating a world of work that provides equal opportunities for all levels of society, including people with disabilities.
Rita Mariana emphasized the importance of synergy in the development of the Inclusive Job Center (IJC) program to open a wider space for all sectors.
"Through the introduction and strengthening of collaboration in the development of Inclusive Job Centers, it is hoped that more companies will participate in opening access to jobs based on competence, so that a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable work environment is created," he added.
One of the programs that is the focus of this activity is the Housing Additional Service Benefit (MLT), which is a housing financing facility for BPJS Employment participants.
This program is expected to be optimally utilized by companies and workers as an effort to improve welfare through access to home ownership, home renovation, and construction financing in accordance with applicable regulations.
"The optimization of the use of MLT is expected to be part of the company's strategy in improving the welfare, loyalty, and productivity of workers," explained Rita.
To thoroughly peel the implementation of the program, two competent speakers were also present, namely the Introduction to the Work of the Deputy Expert of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Teguh Bachtiar, and the Manager of Consumer & Retail Business of Region 2 of Bank BJB, Rizki Setia Graha.
The handover of the JKK allowance worth Rp999.3 millionAt the event, the benefits of the Occupational Accident Insurance (JKK) for the deceased were also symbolically handed over to the heirs of the participants on behalf of the late Mujiono, who was a worker from PT Zenith Oro Haven.
The total benefits received by the heirs are quite large, reaching Rp. 999.3 million. This amount consists of the benefits of the Death Accident Insurance, Old Age Insurance (JHT), Pension Insurance (JP), as well as education scholarships for two children of the deceased until college.
