Three Months in Office, Pos Indonesia President Director Daud Joseph Resigns
JAKARTA - PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) announced that President Director Daud Joseph resigned from his position. The request for resignation was submitted to the company on July 2, 2026 and was said to be purely based on personal considerations.
For information, Daud Joseph was appointed as the CEO of PT Pos based on the letter of decision of the shareholders' meeting Number 168 of 2026/SK.065/DI-DAM/DO/2026 dated March 11, 2026.
PT Pos Indonesia Corporate Secretary Iwan Gunawan said the company respected the decision while expressing appreciation for Daud Joseph's contribution during his leadership of the company.
"PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) respects the decision and expresses its highest appreciation and appreciation for the dedication, service, and contribution that have been provided during the leadership of the company," said Iwan in an official statement, Thursday, July 2.
Iwan ensured that the leadership transition process would be carried out in accordance with the applicable corporate governance provisions. During the transition period, the company's operations are ensured to run normally so as not to disrupt services to all stakeholders.
"During the process, PT Pos Indonesia ensures that the company's operational activities continue to run and do not interfere with the service process to all stakeholders," he said.
