Phase Two Lineup Synchronize Fest 2026 Presents Hipdut Explosion to Emo Reunion
JAKARTA - The most anticipated annual music festival for Indonesian music lovers, Synchronize Fest, officially released dozens of musician names who are included in the second phase lineup for the 2026 edition.
Carrying the mission of celebrating the diversity of the national music ecosystem, this festival is ready to be held for three consecutive days on October 16, 17, and 18, 2026 at Gambir Expo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
In the second phase, Synchronize Fest 2026 again presents a bold and extensive curation. The organizers are back with Kobra Musik to command the lineup of performers on the Getarrr Stage, as well as LaMunai Records, which was appointed to curate the Oleng Upuk area.
This step reinforces the festival's position in providing space for the movement of fringe music.
One of the main attractions of the lineup announcement this time is the collective presence of AntiNRML. Under the command of 808Bunny and Tenxi, this collective has successfully brought a new wave through hipdut music that is dominating various digital platforms.
AntiNRML is sure to bring in all of its best talents, including Naykilla, Jemsii, Dia, and Naufal Syachreza.
"We always believe that music is a dynamic space that brings together various stories, across genres, and across generations. This second phase is proof of how grassroots creativity and new trends intersect harmoniously on the same stage," said a representative of the Synchronize Fest 2026 organizers in a written statement.
In addition to the explosion of hip-hop music, Synchronize Fest 2026 also prepares a nostalgia room for music lovers of the 2000s era through a performance titled Emo Revival.
This stage will reunite veterans of the post-hardcore and emo scene in the country, such as Alone at Last, Killed By Butterfly, Friends of Mine, to the reunion action of Killing Me Inside Re:union with Onadio Leonardo, SanSan, and Raka Cyril. Not to mention, the Side-B format (Thirteen 2009 Era) and The Side Project which is led by Dochi Sadega is also ready to trigger mass sing-along.
The diversity of genres is getting stronger with the presence of a psychedelic rock unit from Bandung, Sigmun, who is often dubbed a "ghost" band by his fans because he rarely appears on stage.
There is also a Sunda instrumental music group, Basajan, which is ready to show off after previously successfully traveling to international festivals such as Wonderfruit in Thailand and Cue Showcase Festival in Japan.
A series of cross-border collaborations are also guaranteed, one of which is the Reality Club meeting with Thai indie-pop musician Phum Viphurit.
In the soloists line, Bernadya's name, who has just released the full album "Semoga Hanya di Mimpi", is ready to hypnotize the audience alongside the AMI Awards-winning musician, Hindia, as well as the stage romance of the husband-wife couple Rizky Febian and Mahalini.
For lovers of dance and experimental music, the Oleng Upuk area will be heated by a series of reliable music selectors ranging from Dipha Barus with the Pop Samping project, the PNNY collective from Bali, to a special performance from the Berlin reissue label, Habibi Funk.
The entire lineup of performers is sure to continue to grow as the next phases are announced, which Indonesian music lovers should look forward to.
