Faster Delivery, Shopee Launches Instant Shopping 1 Hour Tiba

JAKARTA - Shopee launched the 1 Hour Instant Shopping service to meet the needs of people who want a faster and more practical online shopping experience.

Through this service, users can order various daily necessities and receive orders in just one hour. Shopee also guarantees delivery time through the "Free Voucher If Late" program if the order does not arrive according to the terms.

Senior Director of Business Development Shopee Indonesia, Adi Rahardja, said that the current online shopping trend is no longer just prioritizing ease of access, but also speed in meeting urgent needs.

"Seeing the growing needs of the community in online shopping, Shopee continues to strengthen our innovations and services in providing a shopping experience that is faster, easier and more relevant to users' daily lives," said Adi.

Through the 1 Hour Instant Shopping, users can buy various products such as eggs, fruits, vegetables, milk, fresh and processed chicken, ice cream, to medicines that are included in the category of over-the-counter drugs without a doctor's prescription.

To support this service, Shopee collaborates with a number of retail and daily needs merchants, including Klik Indomaret, Hypermart, Hero, Segari, and various other partners that have been integrated into the Instant Shopping channel.

In addition to delivery speed, Shopee also offers discounts of up to 50 percent for users who use the Instant Priority service for certain product purchases.

To use the service, users simply search for products through the main page or Shopee search column, then activate the Instant delivery filter.

Products that support the service will be marked with a green label with estimated delivery information up to one hour and the distance of the store from the user's location.

With this service, Shopee hopes to be a solution for users who need various daily needs quickly without having to leave the activity or leave the house.
