The 80th Bhayangkara Day Ceremony Held at the Jakut City Government Office, Mayor: This is a Form of Collaboration

JAKARTA - The North Jakarta Metro Police together with the North Jakarta City Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimko) held a ceremony to commemorate the 80th Bhayangkara Day at the North Jakarta City Government (Pemkot) office field on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

The North Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Erick Frendriz, emphasized that his party would continue to serve and strive to always provide the best for the community, especially in the North Jakarta area.

"We will continue to serve the community and give the best to the community. Hopefully we will be loved by the community," said Kombes Erick to reporters.

The implementation of the 80th Bhayangkara anniversary ceremony was attended by a number of institutions, student elements, mass organizations and the community.

"The ceremony at the mayor's office is a combined nature, because this is indeed an initiative from the one who is called from us, namely the Mayor. And for the warmth of us together, because it also coincides with the anniversary of Kolinlamil so that we collaborate with everything. It felt very warm," he said.

Meanwhile, the Mayor of North Jakarta, Hendra Hidayat, added that the 80th anniversary of Bhayangkara Day held at the Mayor's office was the first time.

"Maybe this is the first time in history in the North Jakarta City Government and other cities," he said.

Hendra said the 80th Bhayangkara Day ceremony at his office yard was a form of good collaboration, coordination, and cooperation between all related stakeholders in North Jakarta.

"One of the good forms of collaboration from the City Government, TNI, Polri, community leaders, RT/RW, city council and others. Happy 80th Bhayangkara Day. I as a police child am certainly proud of the police today," he said.
