Fiat Shows the Future of Micro Mobility with New Editions of Topolino and Multiplina

JAKARTA - Fiat has once again shown its seriousness in developing the micro-mobility segment by presenting a number of the latest models, ranging from special editions of Topolino to concept vehicles that offer unique designs.

The lineup includes the Topolino Sport, Topolino Vilebrequin Collector's Edition, passenger version of the TRIS three-wheeled vehicle, as well as the Multiplina concept. One of the highlights comes from the Topolino Sport, which is inspired by the 1958 Nuova 500 Sport.

As reported by Carscoops, Wednesday, July 1, Fiat describes this model as a simple, fun, and iconic vehicle. The tiny car is designed to attract the attention of young consumers through a variety of personalization options, including four new exterior color options and three striping combinations.

The sporty character is also strengthened through the use of various black accents on the front lamp frame, mirror cover, to the rim. Entering the cabin, the Topolino Sport is equipped with black seats and Dolcevita Box with carbon fiber-patterned vinyl.

Fiat also embeds a new seat belt and a Bluetooth speaker Monsterlino as a result of a collaboration with Monster that is magnetically mounted so it is easy to remove and carry. In addition, Fiat introduced the Topolino Vilebrequin Collector's Edition which is produced very limited, only 200 units for the Italian and French markets.

The model retains a roll-up fabric roof and comes in a two-tone nautical-themed color scheme, combined with contrasting silver accents, a chrome-plated rear luggage rack, and the signature Vilebrequin turtle logo on the driver's door.

The premium feel is also felt inside the cabin through white seats with the typical blue turtle motif of Vilebrequin. Dolcevita Box comes with an inverted design and is combined with a white seat belt, while the wooden motif floor is made to create a Mediterranean sailing atmosphere.

Not only presenting production models, Fiat also showcased a number of concept vehicles. One of them is TRIS Dolcevita, the passenger version of the TRIS three-wheeled vehicle inspired by the Fiat 500 Jolly.

This vehicle is designed as a mobility solution for the hospitality and recreation area. The driver area is still maintained, while the cargo area is converted into a rear passenger cabin equipped with seats and a fabric roof.

The open concept carried out further strengthens the relaxed atmosphere of the beach destination. Another concept model is Multiplina which is called a "bold and socially relevant reinterpretation of the legendary 1956 Fiat 600 Multipla.

Although it has not revealed more detailed specifications, Multiplina features a design that combines the characters of Topolino and Fiat 500. Its front face carries a smiling bumper, a round-shaped main lamp, a sloping windshield, high-sized doors, and a roll-up roof.
