Pramono Reveals Asset Dispute for Years Tuntas Thanks to the Prosecutor's Office, from Rasuna Said Monorail to Sumber Waras
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung appreciates the role of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office in helping the DKI Provincial Government (Pemprov) DKI to complete a number of asset and strategic project issues that have not been completed for years.
Starting from the monorail pile pillar on Jalan HR Rasuna Said, the land of Sumber Waras Hospital, to the continuation of the Jakarta LRT project on the Velodrome-Manggarai route.
Pramono said the collaboration between the DKI Provincial Government and the Prosecutor's Office was the key to resolving various issues that had been almost untouched.
"I want to express my gratitude for the good coordination and cooperation with the ranks of the Prosecutor's Office. City problems that were not touched, not resolved, were finally resolved well, especially those of Rasuna Said," said Pramono when inaugurating the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Building, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, Tuesday, June 30.
He gave examples of a number of issues that finally received certainty after years of delay. Among them are the arrangement of the monorail pylon in Rasuna Said which has been stuck for 21 years, the legal certainty of the Sumber Waras Hospital land which has been delayed for 14 years, to the continuation of the Jakarta LRT construction across the Velodrome-Manggarai.
Pramono also assessed that the construction of the North Jakarta District Court Building was a strong symbol of the synergy between the DKI Provincial Government and law enforcement agencies in escorting development in Jakarta.
"Today I really got grace and happiness, Mr. Attorney General. The North Jakarta District Attorney's Office building has been completed and today it was inaugurated. This office shows good collaboration in the environment of DKI Jakarta Forkopimda," said Pramono.
Meanwhile, the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia ST Burhanuddin reminded that the new building should not only be a physical pride, but also be followed by an increase in the quality of services to the public.
"This new building refreshes the atmosphere, but the most important thing is the momentum of renewal from within. Don't let the building be nice and magnificent, but the service is actually sluggish. Make this facility a trigger to provide professional, consistent, transparent, and just legal services for the people of North Jakarta," said Burhanuddin.
Burhanuddin also appreciated the building development grant from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. According to him, this support reflects the inter-institutional partnership without reducing the independence of the prosecutor's office in carrying out law enforcement duties, including eradicating corruption.
On the same occasion, the Head of the Special District Attorney for Jakarta, Patris Yusrian Jaya, explained that the construction of the new office was carried out because the old building, which has been in existence for more than 50 years, no longer meets safety standards and organizational needs.
The new North Jakarta District Attorney building has a building area of 8,907 square meters standing on land resulting from expansion through land acquisition of 1,025 square meters. A number of public facilities are also prepared, ranging from drive-thru tilang services, polyclinics, children's diversification room, lactation room, children's playroom, public library, hall, fitness room, to music and podcast rooms.
