Fajar Novario's Work Selected as the Official Logo for the 81st Anniversary of Indonesian Independence

Jakarta - Through public participation, the official logo for the 81st Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia was chosen. Fajar Novario's work received the most choices from the public, surpassing the other four candidates.

This was conveyed by Deputy Minister of State Secretary (Wamensesneg) Juri Ardiantoro at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Monday, June 29.

The logo has the spirit of unity through the richness of traditional motifs from various regions in Indonesia.

According to Juri, the logo was determined after going through a competition facilitated by the Ministry of Creative Economy together with the Indonesian Graphic Designers Association (ADGI). The government also appreciates the high participation of the public in the logo design selection process.

He invited all government agencies, SOEs, BUMD, the business world, community organizations, and the public to use the official logo of the 81st Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia on various promotional media, social media, and public spaces according to the guidelines that have been prepared by the committee. The jury said President Prabowo Subianto hopes that the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia will truly belong to the people.

Therefore, the public is asked to enliven the independence celebration by flying the Red and White flag, holding various activities in their respective environments, and using the official theme and logo of the Indonesian Independence Day.
