Agus emphasized that in addition to refreshing management, internal company also ensures that all KFD clinics and laboratories throughout Indonesia have complied and implemented SOPs. He emphasized that the antigen test service has now been confirmed in accordance with the SOP and carried out professionally in accordance with all applicable regulations. Another step is strengthening service and supporting systems by prioritizing digital and cashless applications. KFD also audits the internal control system (SPI) which is held throughout Indonesia as well as the placement of quality control officers in every branch manager and KFD outlet.
