SHOW Introduces AI for Indonesian Film and Creative Content Production

JAKARTA - The Indonesian entertainment industry has officially entered a new era with the launch of a blockchain-based ecosystem and artificial intelligence (AI) called SHOW.

This platform is a solution for local creators who have been hit by the high capital in producing quality works.

CEO of SHOW Token, Akshay Melwani, emphasized that this technology was built to bring local works to the world stage without the old bureaucratic obstacles.

"Indonesia has an incredible wealth of narratives, but often our steps are halted in the domestic market due to limitations in global infrastructure," said Akshay at the official launch event in Jakarta, Friday, June 26.

He emphasized that this platform is not just a transaction tool, but a place to get direct appreciation from the global public.

"At SHOW, we don't wait for the global door to open for us, we are building a new digital ecosystem where the works of the nation's children can be directly accessed, owned, and appreciated by the world without intermediaries," he said.

COO SHOW, Joshua Khubani, added that their presence aims to improve the distribution system which has been considered less efficient for artists.

"We see Indonesia not as a consumer market, but as an epicenter of talent that has been lacking liquidity and an efficient distribution system. We are here to solve that inefficiency," explained Joshua.

SHOW's long-term vision is to create a healthier creative economy architecture through blockchain technology.

"Our target of investing one hundred million dollars in Southeast Asia is not just about growth figures, but about building a new architecture for the digital creative economy," said Joshua Khubani.

In this ecosystem, there is a SHOW AI & Marketplace pillar which is a space for the production of creative content based on artificial intelligence.

"This is a space for exploring the production of artificial intelligence-based creative content for writers, directors, and animators," the company's official statement reads.

In addition, there is a SHOW Movie pillar that offers a new experience for film enthusiasts.

"SHOW Movie provides a watching experience through the watch & earn concept, which is beneficial for both the audience and the creator," added Akshay.

The utilization of this technology is expected to be able to bring the creativity of the archipelago to shine brighter in the international arena.

"It is hoped that it can become a space for strategic collaboration between the government, film associations, and the technology community to jointly oversee the use of Blockchain and AI," said Akshay Melwani.

This step marks the beginning of a sustainable ecosystem for the future of Indonesian cinema.
