iPhone Ultra Reportedly Entering Mass Production by the End of July

JAKARTA - Apple is rumored to have started preparing mass production of the iPhone Ultra at the end of July. This news is interesting because previously there were reports that the device was delayed due to hinge problems.

Launching GSMArena quoted Thursday, June 25, Korean media reports said the Ultra iPhone is still scheduled to be introduced in September along with the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. The hinge problem is said to have been resolved.

However, Apple has not officially announced the schedule.

The information is said to come from Apple's supply chain officials in Korea and Taiwan. The supply chain is a network of companies that supply components, assemble devices, and prepare products before they are sold.

The same source claims Apple has finalized the main specifications of the Ultra iPhone. The so-called final parts include the screen, body, and mechanical components. The device is now in the preparation stage before mass production.

Foxconn is said to handle the initial wave of production. The first phase of trial production was carried out in April.

According to GSMArena, the schedule for the sale of the Ultra iPhone is still uncertain. It is not clear whether this device will be released simultaneously with the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. However, the chances of the Ultra iPhone being announced at the Apple event in September are said to be getting bigger.

For Apple fans, this signal from the supply chain is important. If the report is accurate, the Ultra iPhone is getting closer to entering the production line, although the certainty of the launch is still waiting for Apple's official announcement.
